Here you'll find a brief overview of my professional accomplishments through college and beyond. These experiences reflect my ability to quickly adapt to new situations and overcome challenges. I've taken on roles that display my versatility as a journalist, and have honed my skills in videography, photography, social media, and writing and editing for print and online publications.

Drake Political Review is a nonpartisan political publication that allows students to write articles on issues that are important to them, from the Dakota Access Pipeline to voting rights. In this role I managed an executive staff and oversaw over a dozen writers. I developed a budget each semester and worked with designers to establish the layout of the magazine. I also edited every article according to AP style and wrote headlines.
Dow Jones copy editing intern
The Philadelphia Inquirer
I edited articles for the Pulitzer Prize-winning paper and wrote headlines and cutlines. I also wrote a couple press releases online.
The Times Delphic
Having previously served on staff as a writer and copy editor, this seamless transition to features editor resulted in new responsibilities, such as managing a team of writers, developing a new budget each week based on building student interest and readership, taking photographs for stories, and collaborating with other section editors under the leadership of the editor in chief.
